Terms & Conditions for Badarinath Temple Puja

1. This Puja receipt is only for Puja/Path/Aarti/Bhog. Pilgrims have to make their separate arrangement such as boarding/lodging or other related requirements.
2. The amounts paid towards any booking/Donation are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other name or date.
3. Pujas like Mahabhishek, Abhishek, Ved Path, Geeta Path, Entire Day Puja and Various Aarti including shayan aarti are attending pujas, In case the pilgrims not able to attend Puja, their puja will be performed by Chief priest/Vedpathi/Aacharya with their Name and Gotra.
4. Please carry a valid Government Photo id proof (i.e.-Voter id, Aadhar card/Driving licence/Passport/PAN Card) along with this attending pujas receipt at the puja counter during the visit to shrine. In case of foreign pilgrims valid passport and visa will be accepted as id proof.
5. Shri Badarinath Kedarnath Temple Committee reserves all the rights to change/cancel/amendment and re-scheduled the Puja/Path/Aarti/Bhog, booked by pilgrims at any time.
6. Kindly reach 15-30 minutes prior to the Temple Gate in case of morning Abhishek, Path and Aarti.
7. During Solar/Lunar eclipse temple will be close for pilgrims in such cases their booked puja/path/aarti will be rescheduled.
8. Abhishek puja will be performed every morning starting from 4:00 AM till 6:30 AM. In such case kindly be present 15-30 minutes prior to the puja counter inside the temple premise along with the puja receipt and id proof.
9. Ved Path & Geeta Path will be performed after the morning Abhishek puja till afternoon before bhog of Shri Badarinath Ji and again these Paths will start at 03:00 PM to before aarties starts.
10. Evening Aarti will start around 06:00 PM (During Summer season) till 08:30 PM excluding Shayan Aarti.
11. Shayan Aarti does not have fixed starting time depending on the queue of pilgrims for Dhram darshan. Once all the pilgrims will have their Dhram Darshan then Shayan Aarti begins.

Terms & Conditions for Kedarnath Temple Puja

1. This Puja receipt is only for Puja/Path/Aarti/Bhog. Pilgrims have to make their separate arrangement such as boarding/lodging or other related requirements.

3. Pujas like Mahabhishek, Rudrabhishek, Laghurudrabhishek, Sodasopachar, Evening Aarti and various Path are all attending pujas, In case the pilgrims not able to attend Puja, their puja will be performed by Chief priest/Vedpathi/Aacharya with their Name and Gotra.
4. Please carry a valid Government Photo id proof (i.e.-Voter id /Aadhar card/Driving licence/Passport/PAN Card) along with this attending pujas receipt at the puja counter during the visit to shrine. In case of foreign pilgrims valid passport and visa will be accepted as id proof.
5. Shri Badarinath Kedarnath Temple Committee reserves all the rights to change/cancel/amendment and re-scheduled the Puja/Path/Aarti/Bhog, booked by pilgrims at any time.
6. For early morning Abhishek Pujas kindly take the puja slot timing at puja counter one day prior.
7. Evening Aarti starts around 06:00 PM (In Summer Season) Kindly show the Aarti receipt at puja counter 15-20 minutes prior to Aarti.

Terms & Conditions for Donation

1. The amounts paid towards donation are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other name.
2. Donation amount will get 50% exemption as per the Income Tax Act 1961 under the section 80G.
3. The facility of making on line donations is currently restricted to in Indian rupees only.
4. Please note that International transactions are currently not eligible for online donations.
5. In case devotee has applied for 80 G certificate under IT Act will be issued in the same name and will be sent to address provided at the time of making Donation.

Terms & Conditions for Accommodation

1. Check‐Inn time will be after 12:00 Noon.
2. Check‐out time will be before 10:00 AM.
3. Occupancy of room will be as per Room Type.
4. Maximum duration of stay will be One Night only.
5. Children below 10 years of age will be permissible without extra charges along with the Guardian without providing extra bed facility.
6. No extra bed will be provided by the management.
7. Visitors have to provide a valid Govt ID‐proof during the time of Check‐Inn
8. Room Reservation will be on advanced payment basis.
9. Shri Badarinath Kedarnath Temple Committee has no cancellation policy for room reservation booking.
10. In Case of ‘No Show’ refund will not be initiated by the management.
11. Room reservation is NON‐ TRANSFERABLE in any means on any case.
12. If checkout is not done by the guest in time in such case next day tariff will be applicable but Check‐out date will be same.

1. Shri Badarinath Kedarnath Temple Committee does not have any cancellation /Refund policy for any kind of booked services.
2. Temple Committee will not be responsible for wrong booking due to incorrect details furnished by the Pilgrims.
3. The area of all kind disputes will be Shri Badarinath Kedarnath Temple Committee office Dehradun.
